Jilles lives in Vogelenzang & started racing when he was 14 years old. Liives in a small town close to Amsterdam in The Netherlands, close to the famous Heemstede track (also known as the test track from Serpent). His first racing car was an Tamiya F-1.
- Hobbies: He enjoys his Aprilia RS250 motorcycle, tennis and of course his RC Car racing. Although he doesn't have a real car, and goes to work on his bike. He works at AMB as a system specialist, mainly on the rc system. He's taking care of the rc system, purchase components, testing and development.
- Favorite food: Hamburgers!
- Favorite music: Dance music.

- Biggest win: Last years snowbirds.
- Other achievements:
• 10 times Dutch Champion, 3 times vice-european champion.
• 2 times world A-finalist.
• Second at the Reedy Race of Championships last year.
• DHI-Cup winner in 2002.
